Position: Air Conditioning Engineer
Location: M5 Corridor
Duration: Permanent
Salary: From £38,000 to £42,000 subject to experience level
We are looking for an experienced Service, Maintenance and Breakdown Air Conditioning Engineer for a full-time, permanent position covering the M5 corridor between Bristol and Birmingham.
This position will be joining a growing facilities company that has some major clients throughout the UK.
The role involves the service, maintenance, and breakdown of splits, VRV's, VRF's, and AHU's. The workload will be 80% air conditioning and 20% general building services maintenance.
The right person for this position will have a strong air conditioning bias, hold Fgas (cat1), and possess a full UK driving licence. Experience working for a facilities company is preferred.
- Strong working knowledge of air conditioning
- Must be able to perform service, maintenance, and breakdown of VRV's and VRF's
- Some building services maintenance experience would be an advantage
- Full UK driving licence
- Based in a commutable location to the M5 corridor (between Bristol and Birmingham)
- Must have Fgas
- Excellent basic salary
