Job description

My client specializes in commercial building services maintenance, offering a wide range of services from general upkeep to major repairs and installations. They are now looking for a dedicated Air Conditioning Engineer to join their passionate team, responsible for repairing, maintaining, and installing air conditioning systems across multiple venues.

Location: Birmingham
Salary: Up to 45,000 per annum
Extras: Company Van

The duties and responsibilities of the Air Conditioning Engineer include:

1. Installing, maintaining, and repairing various HVAC systems, including split and ducted units.
2. Conducting regular inspections, servicing, and fault diagnosis to ensure systems function at their best.
3. Ensuring compliance with safety standards, regulations, and F-Gas certification requirements.
4. Responding promptly to emergency breakdowns, troubleshooting issues, and providing effective solutions.
5. Recommending and implementing energy-efficient upgrades to enhance system performance and reduce operating costs.

The ideal Air Conditioning Engineer will possess:

1. In-depth knowledge of HVAC systems, troubleshooting, and repair techniques.
