Job Title: Air & Sea Freight Coordinator
Location: Exeter
Salary: Circa £32k

We are looking for an experienced Air & Sea Freight Coordinator to join our team in Exeter. You will be responsible for coordinating the international movement of goods, ensuring timely delivery and compliance with customs regulations. This is a fast-paced role requiring excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage the end-to-end freight forwarding process, liaising with clients, carriers, and customs authorities.
  2. Ensure shipments are delivered on time and in compliance with relevant regulations.
  3. Prepare and process all shipping documentation.
  4. Track shipments and provide updates to clients.
  5. Resolve issues and delays proactively.

Key Requirements:

  1. Previous experience in freight forwarding or logistics.
  2. Strong understanding of international shipping procedures and customs regulations.
  3. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  4. Proficient in Microsoft Office and freight forwarding software.
  5. Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure.

Desirable:

  1. Experience in ocean, air, and/or road freight forwarding.
