Role Description

Reporting to the Head of Business Development and Commercialisation, the AI & Cell Therapy Partner Success Lead is a proactive and time-sensitive mentor who onboards new customers and partners and ensures their satisfaction with our product as they grow into sustainable advocates of CellVoyant. This innovative and high EQ project manager merges the evolving interests of biologists and data scientists to reach mutual business goals.

Responsibilities

1. Project and Program Management - Writes Statements of Work (SOW) scopes in collaboration with the Business Development and Technical teams then as the partner advocate, onboards users and ensures internal completion of SOWs and complex programs while internally optimizing operational costs, quality, and return on investment.
2. Data driven approach - Monitors and analyses user adoption and use of the FateView platform to help them extract its maximum value. Critically leverages user feedback to drive internal R&D teams through change management to improve the product and user experience and broaden appeal to additional customers and partners.
3. Relationship Building - Continuously deepens understanding of the customer journey to create loyalty, minimize churn, and increase purchases and commitments from the installed customer base.

Requirements

1. Advanced life science degree with combined understanding of AI and cell therapy pharmaceutical process and analytical development through formal education or self-guided learning.
2. Keen interest or experience working towards Customer or Business Outcomes.
3. Minimum of 2 years of experience with Product, Project, or Customer Success Management within the pharmaceutical industry.

Nice to haves

1. Advanced degree in computer science discipline or advanced knowledge in computer vision, data collection, and microscopy imaging.
2. Knowledge of programming languages (e.g., Python), cloud infrastructure (e.g., Google Cloud), software (e.g., GitHub, Docker), ML model design and scientific libraries (e.g. TensorFlow, PyTorch, NumPy and Pandas).
