Job description

AHU Project Engineer, Birmingham, salary up to £55k + car

THE ROLE
  1. Being the technical and project point of contact from point of order.
  2. Checking variations to the design, specification and programme.
  3. Liaising with the factory for manufacturing & production of equipment.
  4. Managing programme of works, sub-contract labour, in-house engineers and logistics.
  5. Able to trouble-shoot on site and provide technical support at installation and commissioning phase to handover.
  6. Full client responsibility, attending meetings and sites on a regular basis.

THE PERSON

Essential:

  1. A strong & proven technical understanding of Air Handling Units.
  2. Most likely you'll be or have been a lead installer, or senior service and/or commissioning engineer of AHU's.
  3. Ability to be office based, produce accurate & detailed reports of projects through to handover.
  4. Be flexible to travel to UK sites as required.
  5. Previous experience with an AHU manufacturer is preferred but not essential.

A basic up to approx £55k plus car. Full benefits package.
