Position:
An opportunity has arisen for an AHP Practice Education Lead at Ailsa Hospital.
What you will do:
Working closely with colleagues in NHS Ayrshire and Arran, NHS Education Scotland, and the wider practice education network across Scotland, you will support the delivery of the national work programme, and facilitate the development of the workplace as a sustainable quality learning environment for all Allied Health Professional staff - Registered AHPs, pre-registration students, support workers, and staff returning to practice.
Knowledge, training, and/or experience required to do the job:
As a qualified Allied Health Professional, you will be registered with HCPC and bring experience of working in a multi-disciplinary manner, and delivering excellence with regards to practice-based learning. A skilled communicator, you will bring experience of supporting quality improvement initiatives, and facilitating positive learning opportunities.
You will be qualified to Masters Degree level or able to demonstrate equivalency, and be able to evidence continuous professional development relevant to this role.
Hours:
Up to 29 hours per week.
UK Driving Licence/Car Ownership:
UK driving licence/Car ownership is essential to this role.
