P+S Personnel are pleased to be working on behalf of our clients who are currently recruiting for an Agricultural Management Consultant to join their team based in Bury St Edmunds on a full-time, permanent basis.


Main Responsibilities:
  1. Providing management and strategic advice to an established, diverse range of Estates and Farming clients throughout the East and Southeast of England.
  2. Identifying diversification projects.
  3. Developing your own portfolio through the newly created Future Farming Resilience Fund.
  4. Utilising some of the most progressive tools in the industry to dig deeper into your clients' opportunities.
  5. Preparing financial evidence on which to base your advice.
  6. Researching and advising on rural grant funding and subsidy schemes.
  7. Benchmarking business performance and provision of associate advice.
  8. Liaising with professional, industry stakeholders.
Person Specification:
  1. Somebody who understands business management.
  2. Good with numbers.
  3. Farming knowledge.
  4. Completed a degree.
