Newstaff Employment is recruiting an experienced Agricultural Machinery Engineer in Winchester to join a reputable and expanding agricultural machinery dealership. This is a fantastic opportunity for a hands-on engineer with a background in agricultural, commercial vehicle, or construction machinery to join a supportive and forward-thinking business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Service, maintain, and repair a wide range of agricultural machinery
• Diagnose faults and carry out testing on-site and in the workshop
• Operate machinery to ensure proper functioning after repairs
• Provide technical advice and support to clients on-site
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, delivering a high standard of service
• Complete detailed service reports and maintain accurate records
• Experience working with agricultural, construction or commercial vehicle machinery
• Relevant qualification in land-based engineering (preferred but not essential)
• Ability to operate and test agricultural machinery confidently
• Full UK driving licence
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Customer-focused with a positive, can-do attitude
