Brand new exceptional opening for an experienced litigation solicitor looking to join a strong specialist practice working from their Gloucestershire offices.

Our client is seeking a litigation solicitor of ideally 2 + PQE to join their nationally renowned and recognised Agriculture Team.

You will enjoy a range of high quality and often high value contentious agricultural work. The team advises a broad range of clients including landowners, farming businesses, processors, landed estates, institutions, and others within the land and the wider rural economy. The practice is broad and encompasses strategic advice, court and tribunal-based litigation, arbitration and mediations. There will also be the opportunity to broaden your experience and to cover less contentious work focusing on contractual agreements, farming structures and tenancy agreements.

You will be a bright and commercial individual with good litigation experience but will not need to have agricultural expertise.
