Agricultural and Rural Business Consultant - Towcester - £45,000 DOE + Bonus

The Job:

1. Manage key relationships with farm and estate clients
2. Provide day-to-day management and consultancy services across various agricultural and rural enterprises
3. Oversee budgeting and financial planning for rural businesses, working closely with an in-house accounts team
4. Draft and manage contract farming, share farming, and grazing agreements
5. Conduct in-depth strategic business reviews
6. Handle a variety of one-off consultancy projects as needed.

The Candidate:
We are looking for someone with excellent communication and networking skills, able to nurture client relationships and develop new business opportunities. The ideal candidate will also have:

1. Prior experience in consultancy, with a strong understanding of market trends and commercial awareness
2. Practical experience in agricultural or estate management.
3. At least 3 years of post-graduation experience
4. A personable, confident, and positive attitude
5. Proven leadership potential and the ability to communicate effectively with a strategic mindset
6. Strong analytical and reporting skills
7. A deep understanding of rural property and the factors influencing agricultural land markets.
