A bit about the job:
Change delivery at Aviva uses the most appropriate Agile delivery models including Scrum, Kanban, and formal/informal scaling approaches to deliver large and/or complex change.
This role improves Agile capability and maturity within the team, ensuring quality and innovation in line with Agile values and principles.
The successful individual will join a dynamic team dedicated to delivering outstanding customer outcomes through modern, adaptive, and team-centric approaches and will be accountable for driving value optimisation, fostering an environment of trust, and promoting software engineering maturity such as DevOps.
Key responsibilities will also include removing blockers, facilitating discussions, and working with Technology Platform Leads and Product Owners to clarify the Product Roadmap, Vision, and Backlog.
