You will lead effective delivery cadences, manage cross-team dependencies and lead updates on delivery progress to senior stakeholders, including regular reporting for the Group Executive Team.

Your Daily Adventure at Storio
  • Lead the delivery of critical initiatives and complex work for a Domain (Experience, Platform or Data), ensuring that the scope of work for each team is identified, planned and delivered.
  • Work independently to define delivery plans for all initiatives, ensuring they meet key business result targets in required timeframes. Lead sequencing discussions across Domains, reviewing the options available, their pros and cons and proposing the optimal approach to maximise ROI.
  • Drive planning across teams, domains and functions to ensure delivery plans are comprehensive and end-to-end, covering all required scope to deliver results. Whilst not line managing individuals, this will involve matrix-management across multiple disciplines and teams, requiring strong facilitation and influencing skills.
  • Identify and resolve delivery conflicts by developing options and recommendations that drive optimal outcomes. Facilitate decision-making forums and ensure clear communication of decisions to align teams and enhance delivery transparency.
  • Own the single view of change for the Domain ensuring clarity on roadmap progress for all stakeholders.
  • Work with Agile Delivery Managers in other Domains to define best practice for delivery across P&T, and establish consistent Domain processes and reporting practices across Product & Technology.
  • Collaborate with EMs to review delivery learnings and drive significant improvement in delivery, with a focus on approaches that reduce flow time and risk for cross- team / cross-domain initiatives.
  • Facilitate key Domain ceremonies including Domain planning, cross-team stand-ups / syncs, and demos. Facilitate quarterly planning events.
  • Collaborate with Product Managers to align and prioritise backlogs and roadmaps, ensuring alignment with business goals.
  • Ensure timely strategic decision-making across teams, particularly in aligning sequencing and scope to avoid gaps, overlaps or over-delivery and maximise return-on-investment.
  • Create and maintain Domain roadmaps and initiative plans.
  • Manage dependencies, risks and issues to ensure smooth delivery and alignment across multiple teams. Identify and remove impediments that block progress, enabling teams to focus on delivery.
  • Build strong relationships with teams, fostering a culture of trust and transparency.
  • Act as a bridge between delivery teams and stakeholders, providing a single view of progress on multi-team initiatives, through reporting progress, milestones, risks and outcomes.
  • Collaborate with Agile Delivery Managers in other domains to assure the overall P&T roadmap and maintain the single view of work (Domain Roadmaps, Jira).
  • Create delivery reports suitable for stakeholders and also the Group Executive Team.
  • Drive continuous improvement by facilitating retrospectives, reviewing return on investment and implementing actionable learnings.
What You Bring to the Party
