Hybrid - 2-3 days in Birmingham or Chertsey

£60,000 per annum

The Agile Coach will play a pivotal role in the Enterprise Change Team, guiding the adoption of Agile methodologies across the organisation. You will work with cross-functional teams to implement Agile practices, enabling faster and more adaptive delivery of key transformation initiatives, including the OS2.0 programme. This role is essential in fostering a culture of collaboration, continuous improvement, and innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Agile Coaching & Mentorship: Training and mentoring teams on Scrum, Kanban, and Lean practices.
  2. Foster Agile Culture: Promoting Agile values and principles across the business.
  3. Training & Workshops: Delivering Agile training to teams and stakeholders.
  4. Scaling Agile: Supporting enterprise-wide Agile adoption, ensuring alignment with transformation goals.
  5. Facilitate Agile Ceremonies: Leading stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
  6. Continuous Improvement: Guiding teams in identifying and implementing process enhancements.

Minimum Requirements:

  1. 5+ years of experience as an Agile Coach or Scrum Master in large, complex organisations.
  2. Deep expertise in Agile methodologies such as Scrum, Kanban, and Lean, with proven success in driving Agile transformations.
  3. Experience implementing Agile at scale, working with cross-functional teams across departments to integrate Agile into larger transformation programmes.
  4. Proficiency with Agile tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Azure DevOps) to track team performance, velocity, and key metrics.
  5. Strong coaching and facilitation skills, with the ability to inspire and support teams in adopting Agile principles.
  6. Excellent stakeholder management experience, engaging with senior leadership, programme managers, and product owners to align on transformation goals.
  7. Change management expertise, ensuring that Agile adoption is embedded across diverse teams and delivering measurable business outcomes.
  8. Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills, adept at navigating challenges and helping teams overcome obstacles.
  9. Strong communication and collaboration skills, capable of engaging stakeholders at all levels of the organisation and driving consensus.
