We are offering an exciting opportunity to support a client in their own home. A mix of days and nights with up to 36 hours a week available. Driving licence preferred but not required.

This is a temporary role with the opportunity for it to become a permanent position.

As an Agency Support Worker you must:

• Be over the age of 18 to apply
• Have the right to work in the UK.
• Be a UK resident; we are unable to offer sponsorship.
• Have 6 months prior experience in a healthcare setting
• Have excellent communication skills and a basic knowledge of the sector
• Be able to build a strong rapport with service users who have varying needs and abilities
• Have a genuine passion for working in the healthcare sector

The duties of an Agency Support Worker include: supporting service users in the community, assisting with hobbies, and prompting personal care tasks. We aim to empower all service users to carry out everyday tasks independently.
