1. Current NMC registration
2. A minimum of 6 months post registration experience

The Ideal Candidate Will Have Experience In

1. Caring for the elderly and individuals with dementia
2. Observing and monitoring resident’s health and wellbeing
3. Providing a high level of personal care to all residents; including continence care, washing and assisting residents with nutritional needs
4. Maintaining resident’s privacy and dignity
5. Working as part of a busy team
6. Using excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in a care setting
7. Adhering to health and safety policies
