Job DescriptionRevenue Growth: Drive revenue maximization by developing and maintaining influential relationships with both existing and new customers within your agency patch.
Client Engagement: Conduct a minimum of six external business meetings per week, providing detailed summaries and action points to the Agency Lead & Group Agency Director.
Strategic Planning: Collaborate with leadership to implement quarterly Business Plans that align with client and agency digital strategies.
Innovative Solutions: Develop and present a minimum of four proactive ideas monthly to planning and digital teams, enhancing agency offerings.
Product Expertise: Cultivate a deep understanding of the Reach plc portfolio, confidently communicating our sales story and data capabilities to clients.
Industry Insight: Stay informed about digital and print advertising markets, offering insights on industry trends and their implications for our business.
Programmatic Management: Oversee programmatic delivery, ensuring effective PG and PMP integrations.
Cross-Department Collaboration: Partner with other Agency Business Managers and departments like Programmatic, Trading, Publishing, Finance, Ad Ops, and Editorial to drive revenue and profitability.
Data Communication: Regularly share data insights from proprietary systems with client portfolios to inform strategic decisions.
Forecasting & Reporting: Maintain accurate revenue forecasting and reporting, ensuring all prospects are current for weekly digital sales meetings.
Mentorship & Development: Mentor Agency Executives and take responsibility for personal development through training sessions and building a Personal Development Plan.

Product Knowledge: Strong working knowledge of the Reach plc portfolio and how our products fit into the wider media and digital marketplaces.
Programmatic Competence: Experience managing programmatic delivery, including PG and PMP integrations.
Collaboration: Ability to work effectively across various departments, fostering a collaborative environment to achieve common goals.
Data Analysis: Proficiency in interpreting data from proprietary systems and using insights to inform business decisions.
