As an Aftersales Manager at Group 1 Automotive, you will have the opportunity to work with an exciting brand.

What you will be doing?

1. Manage the aftersales teams including parts, vehicle technicians, and service advisors.
2. Coach and motivate the teams.
3. Monitor performances against agreed targets and budgets.
4. Analyse areas of performance and weakness & provide guidance.

What we are looking for?

1. Previous experience of working within the Automotive industry.
2. Comprehensive knowledge of the motor trade.
3. Able to influence, motivate and manage a team effectively.
4. Maintain a methodical and logical approach to varying workloads.
5. Will be able to meet deadlines and prioritise workloads.
