Job description

Aftersales Manager

Starting basic salary of £35-40,000 per annum (negotiable pending experience).
Uncapped annual on-target earnings of £55,000 per annum based on departmental performance.
Company car.

  4. An Aftersales Manager who leads from the front & is able to motivate their team to success

Responsibilities of the Aftersales Manager for our Client:
  1. Leading the entire Aftersales Team - overseeing the Parts, Service and Workshop teams
  2. Recruitment and Training with the Service, Parts and Workshop teams
  3. Ensuring targets set are met and exceeded
  4. Maximising profitability of the Aftersales Department

The salary for this Aftersales Manager position is £40,000 basic with a potential OTE of £55,000.
