Role Overview
The Aftersales and Service Manager will be responsible for overseeing all post-sale operations, ensuring the team delivers outstanding customer service while meeting departmental targets. This role involves people management, strategy, and driving performance across the aftersales division.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the aftersales team to ensure business objectives are met
Develop and execute the department's operational strategy in line with company goals
Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction throughout the service experience
Ensure compliance with franchise guidelines and standards
Analyse and report on departmental performance using key metrics
Continuously improve service processes to enhance efficiency
Provide coaching, mentoring, and support to staff
Promote clear communication across departments
Candidate Requirements
Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar leadership role
Previous experience in the motor trade or aftersales sector preferred
Strong leadership and organisational skills
Excellent communication abilities
Full UK driving licence required
