Aftercare Customer Service Manager

Location: London SW8

Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 - Temp to Perm role

Do you have any experience working in Residential Property after care?

Do you enjoy delivering world-class customer service?

Do you have experience in snags and defects and liaising with contractors?

Are you good at problem solving?

Duties of the Aftercare Customer Service Manager:
  • Dealing with high net worth individuals who have moved into a new build
  • Conducting pre-completion inspections and handling customer communications
  • Handovers and home demonstrations, and dealing with snag and defect management
  • Assisting with the process of apartment completions with purchasers or their agents, ensuring the best level of customer experience
Background needed for the Aftercare Customer Service Manager:
  • Knowledge of the Property Sector is essential
  • Previous experience working with new build properties
  • Customer Experience experience
  • Handling snags and defects with contractors
