As the go-to person for providing After-Sales support, you will be tasked with managing your own desk and maintaining clear customer interaction channels while providing technical support on Roofing products where needed. You will receive full training and development in the Company's specialist Roofing product range and be given the reins to manage your own workload, ensuring customer satisfaction and support whenever needed.
