Africa Travel Sales Consultant

We are seeking an experiencedAfrica Travel Sales Consultantto join a long established and forward thinking travel company, hybrid working model based in West Sussex.

This excitingAfrica Travel Sales Consultantopportunity is ideal for an Africa enthusiast who has travelled Africa extensively in particular South Africa with travel sales experience. We may consider a suitable sales professional out of the travel industry who knows Africa like the back of their hand with sales experience, based in the West Sussex area.

Africa Travel Sales Consultant – Duties

• Selling epic journeys throughout South & East Africa including adventure travel, family vacations, honeymoon, safari’s, plus many more. This includes arranges flights, accommodation, tours, insurance, etc.
• Be the point of contact for the entire customer journey from building a perfect trip based on their travel wish list.
• Liaising with local travel partners.
• Keeping in touch with the customer from the time they book to when they return.

Africa Travel Sales Consultant - Essential Requirements:

• Sales experience in the travel industry in or outside the UK.
• The candidate must have based in the West Sussex area as the role is a hybrid position.
• Able to demonstrate either a track record of selling Africa as a destination or as an experienced traveller.
• Proven track record of exceeding sales targets in a customer focused environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
