Who we are

Bally's Corporation is a global casino-entertainment company with a growing omni-channel presence. It currently owns and manages 15 casinos across 10 states, a golf course in New York, a horse racetrack in Colorado, and has access to OSB licenses in 18 states. It also owns Bally's Interactive International, formerly Gamesys Group, a leading, global, online gaming operator, Bally Bet, a first-in-class sports betting platform, and Bally Casino, a growing iCasino platform.

With 10,600 employees, the Company's casino operations include approximately 15,300 slot machines, 580 table games and 3,800 hotel rooms. Upon completing the construction of a permanent casino facility in Chicago, IL, and a land-based casino near the Nittany Mall in State College, PA, Bally's will own and/or manage 16 casinos across 11 states. Bally’s also has rights to developable land in Las Vegas post the closure of the Tropicana.

Well, what about the team?

We are looking for an Affiliate Campaign Manager to join our UK and Spain Performance Marketing team to deliver against our growth objectives.

In this role, the focus will be on performance-based campaigns, ensuring all campaigns are of the highest standard and continuously looking for ways to improve performance in order to increase ROI. Knowledge of the gaming industry is beneficial but more important will be evidence of your expertise in implementing effective acquisition and growth strategies across available channels and proven track record of delivery.

This role requires a natural aptitude for data analysis alongside the capacity to identify and grow strategic partnerships in line with Bally’s marketing objectives.

So, what will you be doing?

  • Proactively grow and manage the affiliate database, while supporting other team members to keep growing our business as a team.
  • Developing and pro-actively managing a portfolio of affiliate clients and ensuring you have in-depth understanding of the financial value of your portfolio.
  • Keeping on top of compliance checks with all partners.
  • Working alongside the Affiliate Manager to develop the strategy and quarterly plans for all six UK brands.
  • Refining and continually improve Affiliate campaign performance and processes.
  • Collaborating with the wider Performance Marketing team and other key stakeholders to ensure activities are aligned and optimised, with the customer journey always the first in mind.
  • Ensuring all plans are documented and shared with senior marketing leadership team.
  • Producing regular reports to communicate performance against agreed goals, strategies, and targets.
  • Monitoring and analysing competitor sites to identify growth and optimisation opportunities.
  • Collaborating with the Data and Insights teams to enhance analysis and reporting solutions.
  • Owning month end finance process and execute this on time and with high quality.
  • Inputting into monthly, quarterly & annual budgeting process.

And what are we looking for?

  • Possess experience in Affiliate Marketing.
  • Have experience with CPA and Revenue share payment models.
  • Be result-driven with a strong ambition to succeed.
  • Have a passion for analytics and be able to turn insights into actionable plans.
  • Have a passion for working in affiliate and partnership marketing with an excellent understanding of the principles of customer acquisition.
  • Have exceptional communication and teamwork skills, both face to face and online.
  • Be able to prioritise workload effectively and manage multiple relationships at once.
  • Be a natural collaborator with the ability to build effective relationships with stakeholders and partners.
  • Have excellent command of KPI monitoring tools & reports.
  • Be driven to learn and develop within a dynamic & agile team environment.
  • Possess knowledge of the online gaming industry specifically UK Bingo, Casino and Sports betting, and being familiar with Income Access, Google Analytics, testing platforms are preferred but not essential.
