Job description

We are recruiting for an Affiliate Automation Tester for a contract to start ASAP.
Must have active Security Clearance.

On-site presence required in Leeds 2 days per week.
Day rate: up to £350

What you’ll bring to the table:

1. Test planning: Design and document comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts
2. Browser Test Automation: Implement automated tests using e2e tools such as Cypress, Playwright, or Selenium
3. Backend Test Automation: Implement automated API tests using API tools such as Postman/Newman
4. Test Automation in Code: Work independently or with developers to develop tests in Typescript, Java, or Javascript
5. Test execution: Perform tests manually and document test results, and report defects
6. Defect management: Identify, document, and track software defects, and work with developers to resolve issues
7. Collaboration: Work closely with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to understand requirements and ensure comprehensive test coverage
8. User documentation: Write and update user documentation and operational procedures
9. Fixes and improvements: Devise and deploy fixes and improvements
10. Demonstrable experience working with Xray or similar test management tools
11. Must be able to write BDD scenarios
