ABOUT YOU

We’re seeking a dynamic and charismatic individual to host training seminars and bespoke training sessions. We require someone capable of engaging and inspiring an audience, using powerful presentation skills and a natural flare to connect with the room. Presentations must be memorable and motivational, showcasing our business solutions and the benefits of our brands in the best possible way.

Whilst we operate in the aesthetic and skincare sector, our training delivery is incredibly broad, supporting our clients with a raft of tools and skills to enhance their overall business growth. Therefore, while experience in our sector would be beneficial, the successful applicant will be trained and supported by specialist educators to ensure technically accurate delivery.

We’re looking for someone with strong business and commercial understanding, particularly in the B2C arena. You must be able to grab people’s attention and keep them engaged using exceptional presentation and interpersonal skills, sharing knowledge capable of transforming businesses.

ABOUT THE ROLE

This is a new and exciting role with the scope to be moulded and developed by the right person. This is an incredible opportunity for someone who possesses the confidence to deliver professional and insightful presentations, covering a wide range of topics, to support our clients’ growth and enhance their treatment and retail sales potential.

This role is about more than training our clients to effectively use and sell our world-leading skincare brands; it’s about imparting critical knowledge on how they can operate their businesses more successfully, from the initial client introduction through to increasing their sales of home care products that enhance treatment outcomes.

As well as technical training support provided by our team, you’ll also be given the opportunity to share the stage with industry experts including Kelly Baines and Dr Carla Devlin, who will deliver medical-grade training to aesthetic and clinical clients.

This role will be half field-based delivering training, and half based at our Head Office in Surrey, filming content and planning seminars and educational events. In-clinic visits and classroom-based presentations will also be required.

RESPONSIBILITIES

This role will include:

1. Presentation delivery to large audiences, covering a wide range of topics, with the support of technical educators / demonstrators
2. Bespoke training delivery to smaller groups
3. Classroom-based training at our training centres
4. Filming training content for re-distribution online
5. Filming Vlogs and Social Media content to promote our business solutions
6. Developing our training content in conjunction with our sales and marketing team, and our brands
7. Identifying opportunities for improved training delivery
8. Working with our brands to understand brand direction and goals
9. Planning, organising and delivering events from small group sessions to large seminars

You will also be expected to:

1. Conduct yourself for the benefit of the business, our suppliers, our clients and in support of other team members
2. Represent our business and all of our brands professionally and appropriately
3. Be prepared to travel to meetings and industry events
4. Carry out tasks outside of your immediate job description when required for the overall benefit of the business
5. Possess exceptional organisation, time management and communication skills
6. Have a keen interest in the beauty and skincare sector
