Responsibilities

1. Conduct comprehensive consultations to understand client needs and skin concerns.
2. Perform skin assessments and recommend appropriate treatments.
3. Perform treatments for various skin concerns, ensuring safe and effective use of technology.
4. Administer microneedling procedures, tailoring techniques to individual skin types and conditions.
5. Apply advanced skin peels, customizing formulas and methods to suit client skin types and desired outcomes.
6. Offer detailed aftercare instructions to clients.
7. Monitor client progress and manage follow-up appointments to assess treatment efficacy and client satisfaction.
8. Manage client records meticulously, maintaining accurate documentation of treatments and progress.
9. Adhere to health and safety regulations, maintaining a sterile environment.
10. Comply with regulatory standards and clinic protocols.
11. Work closely with other practitioners, sharing knowledge and techniques to improve overall clinic services.

Qualifications & Characteristics

1. Minimum 3 years' aesthetic therapist experience.
2. Beauty Therapy NVQ Level 4.
3. Languages: English.
4. A valid UK/EU work permit.
5. Passion for aesthetics.
6. Client safety a top priority.
7. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
8. Professional attitude and appearance.
9. Previous experience in microneedling, advanced electrolysis, advanced skin peels, and advanced skin care experience.
