Salary: 33,000 - 38,000 per year
Hours: Monday - Thursday (07:30 AM - 04:00 PM), Friday (07:30 AM - 12:30 PM)

Your Role:

As Machine Shop Team Leader, you'll play a key part in ensuring smooth operations, leading a team of skilled machinists, and driving efficiency. Your responsibilities will include:

1. Managing and mentoring machinists to achieve production goals
2. Overseeing CNC 3, 4, and 5-axis machining (Milling & Turning)
3. Setting and operating Fanuc and Heidenhain-controlled machines
4. Improving processes and implementing lean manufacturing techniques
5. Ensuring compliance with health & safety and aerospace quality standards
6. Collaborating with other departments for seamless operations

What We're Looking For:

1. Experience in setting & operating CNC Milling & Turning machines
2. Knowledge of Fanuc & Heidenhain controls (Bridgeport & Haas experience is a plus!)
3. Strong leadership & team management skills
4. Ability to problem-solve, meet deadlines, and optimise processes
