We are seeking a talented and motivated AEM Developer to join our dynamic team. Key Responsibilities:

• AEM Development: Design, develop, and maintain components and templates within the AEM platform.
• Content Management: Collaborate with content teams to develop AEM-based solutions that meet their content management needs.
• Customization: Customize AEM functionalities using Sling models, OSGi services, and other AEM-specific tools and frameworks.
• Integration: Integrate AEM with other marketing tools, platforms, and services to provide seamless user experiences.
• Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve technical issues within the AEM environment to ensure optimal performance.
• Collaboration: Work closely with front-end developers, designers, and content strategists to implement AEM solutions that are both functional and visually appealing.
• Learning & Development: Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in AEM and related technologies.

Qualifications:

For Freshers:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Learning Attitude: Strong willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies, especially within the AEM environment.
• Team Player: Ability to work well in a team environment and contribute positively to project outcomes.

For Experienced Candidates:

• Experience: 1-3+ years of hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) or other CMS platforms.
• AEM Expertise: Strong understanding of AEM components, templates, workflows, and the overall architecture.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Java, JCR, Sling, OSGi, and other relevant technologies.
• Problem-Solving: Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues within the AEM environment.
• Project Experience: Experience working on end-to-end AEM implementations, including integration with other systems.

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of version control systems like Git.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
• Understanding of SEO best practices.
• Experience with other Adobe Marketing Cloud products.
