Job description

Our client seeks an Advisory Administration Co-ordinator to join their team for a 6-month contract.

Role Profile

As an Administration Coordinator within the Advisory department, you will deliver exceptional support to leadership and team members. The ideal candidate will be confident, highly organised and adept at flexing to meet the ever-evolving requirements and circumstances of the Advisory function.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Diary management for Advisory leadership - both day-to-day and with forward planning.
  2. Maintenance of Advisory leadership filing system, including both electronic and physical documentation.
  3. Managing travel logistics for all Advisory team members, including organising client meetings.
  4. First-line client liaison, as well as research on clients and industry background before meetings.
  5. Document production to standards.
  6. Assist with coordination of meetings and production of minutes as required by Advisory team members.
  7. Assist with coordination and preparation of client seminars as required by Advisory team.
  8. Assist with coordination of the proposal process for new client bids as required by Advisory team.
  9. Assist with new client and new engagement administration as required by Advisory team.
  10. Assist with coordination and production of social media posts as required by Advisory team.
  11. Liaise with other Advisory support across the Crown Dependencies as required to ensure coordination of broader Advisory initiatives and administration requirements.

  2. Discreet and tactful, with experience of handling confidential and sensitive material.
  3. Confidence to liaise extensively and develop internal and external relationships at all levels.
