The Team:
The Advice Quality team undertake quality assurance activities for pre-sale and post-sale advice and forms part of the Risk Control & Compliance function within M&G Wealth Advice. We focus on the following advised sales: Retirement Planning, Estate Planning, Pension Switches, Investment Replacement, Regulated Mortgages, Protection, and Equity Release.
Within the Advice Quality team sits the pre-sale and post-sale Advice Quality Consultants. The pre-sale team will assess the suitability of the advice prior to it being presented to the client, with the post-sale team completing the final assessment post-sale.

The Role:
Reporting to the Advice Quality Manager, you will undertake quality checking of advised sales and have sufficient product and technical knowledge to make judgments on the suitability of advice outcomes and documentation standards in line with regulatory requirements.
You will have analytical skills to assess quality outcomes and draw conclusions, with an ability to provide effective feedback. This requires effective communication skills and an ability to report on quality activities.
The role would be a great opportunity for those looking to progress their career within an Advice Quality function and further their knowledge with specialised advised sales areas such as Equity Release and Long-Term Care.
