About the Role
We’re looking for a creative and results-driven Advertising Manager to join our brand management team on a fixed-term contract basis. In this role, you’ll be responsible for overseeing the design and development of high-quality creative assets for advertising campaigns, product launches, and brand initiatives. You’ll work closely with internal stakeholders and external agencies to ensure the consistent delivery of brand-aligned creative solutions across both digital and offline channels.
The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of design principles, and experience in managing large ATL advertising campaigns from concept through to execution. Experience within the financial services industry is preferred but not essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and Deliver the ATL campaign
- Onboard and manage external creative agency
- Develop and deliver the ATL advertising campaign for the personal lines market including customer testing
- Lead on creative development of assets for all campaign touchpoints across BTL and ATL activity
- Track and report on success and optimise to deliver brand and business objectives
- Work with the Creative Lead to ensure production of campaign assets adhere to brand guidelines and are delivered on time and in budget
- Support the Creative Lead in developing a messaging framework which can be used across BTL and ATL activity
- Campaign Development
- Work with the Senior Brand Manager and Head of Brand to oversee development of campaigns to support brand and business objectives across personal and commercial lines
- Support the Creative Lead with development and delivery of a podcast strategy and production of our ‘Insurance Tomorrow’ podcast
- Ensure all campaigns are delivered on time, within budget, and meet high creative standards
- Develop and manage creative briefs for both internal teams and external agencies, ensuring clear communication of project objectives, timelines, and expectations
- Campaign Reporting
- Monitor the performance of creative assets across campaigns and make recommendations for optimisation based on data and feedback
- Regularly report on the effectiveness of advertising campaigns, highlighting key successes, challenges, and opportunities for improvement
- Undertake regular customer and competitor audits to understand the market and turn into actionable insights to evolve our own campaign creative
About you
- Education & Experience:
- Significant experience in design, advertising or a marketing role.
- Proven experience in developing and executing integrated advertising campaigns across multiple platforms.
- Skills & Competencies:
- Strong understanding of advertising principles and digital marketing best practices.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Attention to detail, with the ability to oversee multiple projects simultaneously and ensure the delivery of high-quality work.
- Technical Skills:
- Experience in designing for both digital and print media.
- Familiarity with digital advertising platforms (e.g., Google Ads, social media ad managers) and metrics.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software (e.g., Jira, Trello).
