A luxury service in the Stirling area currently requires an experienced Senior Care Assistant to join their team on a permanent basis.

As an Advanced Senior Carer, you will:
Play a key role in delivering high-quality, person-centred care, ensuring residents' dignity, independence, and choices are always respected. You will also be responsible for administering medication and leading by example to support and mentor junior staff.

What we are looking for in a Senior Care Assistant:

1. N/SVQ level 3 qualified
2. Administration of medication is part of the role
3. Good communication and interpersonal skills
4. A positive, proactive approach and committed to delivering the highest standards of care
5. Enthusiastic and motivated
