This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled data analyst to optimise the gathering, interpretation and reporting of perinatal insights from the Trust and wider Maternity and Neonatal System, to inform the safest and highest-quality care for women and birthing people and their babies across Leicester, Leicestershire and Rutland.
The post holder will be expected to extract, analyse and present performance metrics relating to perinatal services, including quality and safety related KPI's to a range of internal and external stakeholders. The post holder will adopt and embed statistical process control (SPC), which supports decision-making.
Taking the lead on Making Data Count, the post holder will be integral to UHL's perinatal teams to ensure data and intelligence informs service improvement. The post holder will support others to build confidence in data and increase their knowledge and understanding.
