Advanced Paediatric Physiotherapist Part Time jobs in Cavendish Square, United Kingdom

We are looking for an Advanced Paediatric Physiotherapist (part time) to work at a leading Private Hospital dedicated to Healthcare of Women and Children.
This is a part time (20 hours a week), permanent position.
Salary: Range Band 7 competitive, with Excellent Benefits.

The Role: As an Advanced Paediatric Physiotherapist, you will be responsible for leading the Paediatric Neuro Rehabilitation inpatient ward team and cover some general paediatric, orthopaedic, and respiratory patients.
You will have a full clinical case-load and work alongside other Paediatric Physiotherapists and the MDT whilst supporting the Clinical Lead Physiotherapist and Head of Therapies with service development initiatives.

Role Requirements and Responsibilities:

1. Take responsibility for Neurological Rehabilitation case-load including: admission assessments, goal-setting, and treatment planning.
2. Assessment and provision of equipment and discharge planning.
3. Provide clinical support across other areas of the hospital, including PICU, orthopaedic surgery, and cardio-thoracic surgery.
4. Use expert clinical reasoning to provide specialist intervention, support, and advice to patients and families.
5. Work flexibly to the needs of the service and participate in the out of hours weekend and standby service as required.

Qualifications and Skills Required:

1. Essential: registered with the HCPC
2. Essential: Degree in Physiotherapy
3. Essential: Highly specialist experience in Paediatric Neurology and rehabilitation.
4. Essential: Broad-based experience working across other disciplines within physiotherapy
5. Desirable: Leadership and team management experience.
