An established industry player in healthcare seeks a dedicated Neonatal Nurse Practitioner to join their Neonatal Intensive Care Unit. This role involves providing exceptional clinical care to infants and their families, ensuring safe and effective management of neonatal conditions. The candidate will also engage in non-clinical activities, leading quality improvements and supporting the education of nursing staff. To work as part of the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit MMDT to deliver a high quality, holistic service to all babies and families who require admission to the Neonatal Unit or Transitional Care Unit.
The candidate will work 85% clinically within the Tier 1 rota, under the supervision of the middle grade doctor and neonatal consultant, on a shift by shift basis.
The candidate will work 15% within a non-clinical capacity and will lead quality improvements and develop specific areas of interest, which align to the four pillars of advanced clinical practice.
