Exciting Opportunity for Dual Trained Advanced Clinical Practitioners (ACP) - Minor Illness & Injuries

Are you a highly skilled Advanced Clinical Practitioner with dual training in Minor Illness and Injuries? Merco are working with a leading healthcare provider to recruit talented ACPs for their multi-disciplinary teams across two sites in Leeds.

The Role:

As an ACP in this dynamic team, you will:

1. Assess, diagnose, and treat patients with a variety of acute and chronic conditions, including prescribing medication (if qualified).
2. Provide expert care for undifferentiated and complex cases, ensuring the best patient outcomes.
3. Conduct face-to-face consultations, deliver urgent primary care, and facilitate onward referrals where necessary.
4. Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team, ensuring patients receive the right level of care.
5. Utilise your clinical expertise to support high-quality, evidence-based patient care.

Essential Requirements

1. Valid NMC or HCPC PIN
2. MSc in Advanced Clinical Practice or relevant Level 6/7 ANP courses
3. Advanced Physical Assessment and Consultation Skills - Level 7
4. At least three years' post-qualification experience in urgent care, primary care, or a hospital setting
5. Injury training with experience in managing a range of minor injuries
6. Non-Medical Prescribing - Level 7
7. Ability to work autonomously across a variety of conditions and patient age groups, including infants
8. Right to work in the UK
