Advance Scaffolder

We are currently seeking 1 x Advanced Scaffolder for long-term work on a Gas & Oil Terminal. A full squad consisting of 2 x Part 2 Scaffolders and 1 x Part 1/Labourer would be considered.

Job Details:

1. Rate: £250.00 per day
2. Location: Gas & Oil Terminal
3. Shift Pattern: 10 days on / 4 days off

Requirements:

1. Valid CISRS Card (Advanced Scaffolder)
2. Shear Gas Certification (Mandatory - if not held, it can be completed online but must be self-funded)
3. Previous experience working on high-risk Gas/Oil sites preferred
4. Strong understanding of health & safety regulations

Daily Duties & Responsibilities:

1. Erecting, adapting, and dismantling scaffolding in line with safety standards
2. Ensuring compliance with Gas & Oil Terminal safety protocols
3. Conducting regular scaffold inspections and hazard assessments
4. Collaborating with other trades to ensure safe access and working platforms
5. Working in high-risk environments, adhering to strict safety procedures
6. Using Shear Gas-certified practices for safe scaffold assembly/disassembly
7. Following site permits and working within controlled zones
8. Supporting and mentoring Part 2 Scaffolders and Labourers as needed
9. Ensuring all scaffolding is tagged correctly and in compliance with regulations
