Adult Team Manager| Community Older People Team | Bedford | £44.50ph

The requirement is for a Team Manager for an older people's team while recruitment processes are in progress.
The team requires support, supervision, quality, and performance monitoring for all aspects of work under the Care Act.
The team has 3 very experienced advanced practitioners who manage day-to-day operations. The rest of the team is made up of experienced social workers and support workers.
