The setting, based in Llantwit Major, provides adults with learning disabilities, autism, and mental illness the opportunity to be more independent. You will become part of a team that delivers person-centred care and creates a safe and stimulating environment where everyone can achieve.

Your new role:

This role will consist of supporting adults with learning disabilities, autism, or mental illness. You will be involved in the daily living of the individuals, providing personal care when necessary. It is important that you are friendly and approachable, making it easy to communicate with both those you are caring for and your team. Due to the need for providing access to the community and transporting individuals, driving is essential for this role.
