Adult Social Work Practice Manager, Waltham Forest

Pay rate: £42ph

Contract role

Experienced Social Worker and AMHP required. Reporting to a Team Manager, you will manage and professionally supervise a number of qualified & support staff and support other colleagues. You will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of high quality and legally compliant social care practice to agreed standards for the staff within the remit of the post.

Your responsibilities will include:

1. Undertaking the full legal range of social care assessments and developing person-led support plans that meet the needs and outcomes of individuals.
2. Managing a complex caseload, triaging, and working in the team as a Duty Lead.
3. Maximising the independence and wellbeing of adults in the Mental Health and Wellness Team.
