Lincolnshire County Council is seeking an experienced Adult Social Care Solicitor to provide legal advice on all aspects of adult care work, including court proceedings. This role offers the flexibility of remote working, with one required office visit to meet the team and collect equipment.

• Provide expert legal advice on adult social care matters.
• Represent the council in court proceedings and hearings.
• Assist with casework, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory frameworks.
• Work closely with internal teams, external partners, and stakeholders.
• Support decision-making processes with high-quality legal counsel.

• Qualified Solicitor with experience in adult social care law.
• Strong understanding of public law, court work, and governance.
• Ability to manage a caseload of complex legal matters.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Availability to work full-time and attend an office visit for onboarding.
