Adult Social Care Solicitor

Service Care Solutions is currently working on behalf of an active local authority based in Devon. They need an experienced Adult Social Care Solicitor to join their team. This role is on a part-time basis.

The duration of this contract is on a 6-month rolling basis. They can pay a competitive rate of £45 - £50ph umbrella!

Key Responsibilities:

• Offer legal advice on complex issues related to Adult Social Care.
• Manage all aspects of court representation as required.
• Advise and/or present to courts, meetings, and members at formal appeal hearings or as required by the County Solicitor.

Requirements:

• Qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive or Barrister with a minimum of 3 years of PQE in Adult Social Care law.
• Experience working for a public sector organisation within an Adult Social Care legal team.
• Experience in the Adult Social Care legal team with a local authority.
