Adult Social Care Locum

Sellick Partnership is currently recruiting an experienced Locum Adult Social Care Lawyer on behalf of our well-respected Local Authority client. As the successful candidate, you will manage a diverse caseload that includes various challenges such as Deprivation of Liberty Safeguards, Ordinary Residence disputes, and Mental Health Act matters.

This is a part-time role working 20 hours per week over 2 or 3 days. The client is able to be flexible in regard to which days are worked.

This is a fully remote working role

Duration of placement: 6 months +

While previous local authority experience is desirable, applicants with relevant experience gained from the private sector are also encouraged to apply.
