A local authority based in North-West London is seeking an Adult Social Care Lawyer to cover a period of maternity leave starting around mid-November.
The successful Adult Social Care Lawyer will be required to carry a full and varied caseload from the outset. You will need to have previous experience covering matters such as: no recourse to public funds, Court of Protection, ordinary residence, mental capacity/mental health, judicial review and human rights assessments. Local government experience is essential for this role.
Due to the urgent nature of the position, our client is seeking candidates available to start a role from mid-November. You must have a current practising certificate to be considered. This is a hybrid working role so office attendance will be required.
