This full-time role offers a hybrid working model, requiring at least two office days per week. Responsible for SCNA, MCA, safeguarding, and risk assessments.
Work with Rapid Response and other services to support service users.

Full time qualified social worker for the Front Door Team Knowsley

36hr per week Monday - Friday

Hybrid working although at least 2 office days per week.

Responsibilities:

Fast-paced team responsible for SCNA, MCA, Safeguarding, Risk assessments, etc.
Short term intervention to assess and try and ensure service users maximize their own needs and do not become reliant on services unnecessarily.
Work alongside Rapid Response and other professional services.
