An innovative service provider is seeking a compassionate Crisis Worker to join their team at the Sexual Assault Referral Centre. Salary: The payment rates for this role are a shift retainer of £30.56 Monday - Friday and £40.24 Saturday - Sunday, plus additional attendance payment of £46.50 per case.
Rota Patterns: The shifts pattern are: 9am-5pm, 5pm-1am and 1am-9am, you will also be able to cover days, nights, and weekends.

The role of Crisis Worker is critical in providing victims of sexual assault with the dedicated support and care required. Acting as the advocate for patients who attend the centre, you will empower service users to feel in control and be able to support during the forensic to manage patient care pathways.
This post is subject to the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act (Exceptions Order) 1975 and as such it will be necessary for a submission for Disclosure to be made to the Disclosure and Barring Service (formerly known as CRB) to check for any previous criminal convictions.
