Adult Nurse Manager

We are seeking a passionate Adult Nurse Manager to join a growing provider of complex care packages within the community, specialising in adult complex care. This community role will be based in the Wolverhampton area, and comes with an excellent annual salary of up to £50,000 plus a comprehensive benefits package, along with excellent routes for progression within a growing organization.

Criteria for this Adult Nurse Manager role:

1. RGN with an active NMC PIN
2. Supportive management style that can bring out the best in others
3. Up to date experience of tracheostomy care and ventilators within the last 2 years
4. Advanced communication skills verbally and written to liaise effectively with patients, families and the MDT
5. Suitable for Band 5 / Band 6 Nurses with evidence of effective leadership and management of HCAs
6. Full UK Driving License essential

The successful Adult Nurse Manager will be responsible for:

1. Providing face to face support to adult clients and their families, whilst creating personalised care plans for each person.
2. Working closely with a core team of carers, training and supporting them with their clinical skills and activities.
3. Designing and delivering a tailored care plan specific to an individual client's needs.
4. Effectively managing the MDT through strong communication and teamwork.
5. Providing ongoing monitoring, support and assessment of client's physical and physiological needs within your caseload.
6. Delivering nursing interventions including the management of medicine delivery.
7. Building and maintaining sophisticated relationships with your client's family.
8. Working closely with community teams, CHC nurses and CCG commissioners to establish and maintain bespoke packages of care.
