Main duties and responsibilities
Provide information to prospective students about the programs offered, admission process, eligibility, and fees.
Ensure all home and international applications are processed in line with admission processes and procedures.
Work closely with the Recruitment team to ensure applications are processed in a timely manner.
Use professional judgment in reviewing a large range of academic transcripts from different backgrounds (using appropriate systems: ECCTIS, LRS) or work experience (checking the authenticity of the evidence provided)
Maintain student records on central databases.
Manage the interview (academic and non-academic) and English Language assessment bookings and the pre-enrolment process.
Liaison with the senior team for sign-off/decision on the outcome of an application
Issue conditional, unconditional offer, rejection, deferral, or withdrawal emails
Work closely with the Admission Manager to identify and implement improvements to existing processes.
Undertake additional duties or projects as the line manager may determine from time to time.
Work flexibly as part of the enrolment team to provide integrated and responsive support during busy times (e.g.: start of term)
Principal Accountabilities
To provide accurate course and student information as required by the College.
Attend team meetings and contribute to Quality Assurance reviews and audits.
Maintain confidentiality in relation to all college information and comply with General Data Protection Regulation.
To be involved in college staff development and training schemes and participate in Personal Development Review procedures within the College.
To adhere to the College's Equality and Diversity Scheme with respect to staff and students.
To comply with and implement the College’s Health and Safety policy.
To undertake any other reasonable duties and responsibilities as may be required.
