Job description

Administrator / Team Administration Assistant with excellent organisational, coordination, customer service, communication and administrative skills is required for a well-established organisation.

SALARY: £22,250 per annum + Great Benefits (see below)

LOCATION: Hybrid Working from Home with options to work from either the Aberdeen or Dundee offices

JOB TYPE: Full-Time, Permanent

WORKING HOURS: 35 Hours per Week with Flexibility

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS: Candidates MUST hold a Full UK driving licence

JOB OVERVIEW

We have a fantastic new job opportunity for an Administrator / Team Administration Assistant with excellent organisational, coordination, customer service, communication and administrative skills.

Working as the Administrator / Team Administration Assistant you will provide administrative support to the team via overseeing the issuing of vouchers via the CRM system, ordering and stock checking of energy saving measures/other deliverables, and by taking on adhoc duty phone calls.

As the Administrator / Team Administration Assistant you will be part of a friendly and supportive team across a very busy service. The organisation is target focused and provides relevant but impartial advice to householders who make the initial contact with them. They do not cold call any household.

The company offers a hybrid approach to working, so you can work from home but there are options to work from either office in Aberdeen or Dundee. There is an expectation to attend the office when requested to do so – for either a working day or in-person meetings.

DUTIES

  1. Support to the team with a range of administrative based tasks
  2. Issuing, monitoring, cancellation and reissue of vouchers via CRM and internal systems
  3. Administrative support to the department, Team leads and Contracts & Commercial Manager
  4. Order Soft measures or project deliverables
  5. Stock Checking
  6. Delivery of Soft measures/project deliverables within geographic Boundary
  7. Answer incoming calls and make outgoing campaign calls
  8. Arrange for order and delivery of Vouchers
  9. Updating of information/Figures onto shared spreadsheets
  10. Collate orders from teams for soft measures and order online
  11. Support for office facilities management

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

  1. Relevant administration, customer service or office experience
  2. Excellent interpersonal skills
  3. Good IT skills to include Microsoft Word, Excel, and CRM software, Visio
  4. Full UK driving licence
  5. Previous stock control experience (but not essential)
