Administrator / Sales Team Administration Assistant who works to a high level of accuracy with good administrative, organisational, customer service and time-management skills is required to join a busy IT Consultancy in London and support their sales function.
SALARY: up to £30,000 per annum (depending on experience)
LOCATION: Central London (The offices are a few minutes’ walk from Holborn Station).

We have a fantastic new job opportunity for an Administrator / Sales Team Administration Assistant who works to a high level of accuracy with good administrative, organisational, customer service and time-management skills.
Working as the Administrator / Sales Team Administration Assistant you will be responsible for ensuring the Sales Team is supported with preparing contracts, producing sales quotations for customers and dealing with customer and supplier invoice queries.
As the Administrator / Sales Team Administration Assistant you will also support the wider business with buying of IT hardware, software and software licences, in addition to basic accounting administrative duties such as reconciling bank accounts, coding supplier invoices and preparing payment runs.
The ideal candidate should have experience working in a busy office environment and demonstrate excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities. You must also have strong organisational skills and have good knowledge of Microsoft Office / 365, MS Word, Excel and Outlook.
